There is no intention for the Company to pay a dividend in respect of the FY21 forecast period. It is the Directors’ intention to reinvest future cash flows in further growing the business.

The payment of dividends by Booktopia Group beyond FY21 is at the discretion of the Directors and will be a function of a number of factors including Booktopia Group’s operating results, cash flows, financial condition, availability of franking credits and any other factors the Directors may consider relevant.
